To foster a safe and inclusive community for LGBTQ+ athletes in the Twin Cities through the sport of hockey. The TCQHA is a community-first organization dedicated to creating a space where the LGBTQ+ community can connect, compete, and grow. From first-time skaters to seasoned life-long players, we strive to break down barriers and ensure everyone has a place on the ice.

TCQHA was founded on a simple but powerful idea: that hockey should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their identity or experience level.

In 2022, what started as a small group of players has grown explosively, evolving into a vibrant league that welcomes everyone from beginners to lifelong players.
