Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Salad Classic Tournament
Registration fees less the transaction fee of $4.50 will be fully refundable for requests made on or before Aug 7, 2026. No refunds will be given after Aug 7, 2026 unless a fully paying replacement is found. Credit card fees are non-refundable. Please email tcqha.salad.classic@gmail.com for all refund inquiries.
Summer Pick-up
Refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the first league game. No refund will be given for credit card fees. All refunds will be less a $5 admin fee. No refunds will be given within a 30 day window of the season starting nor after the season begins unless a fully qualified paying player can be found for replacement. All refunds given post season starting will be prorated based on the number of games already passed.
2026 Pride Skate
This skate is put on at no cost to our participants. If you would like to help us cover the cost of the ice rental or donate to our scholarship fund, please use our Venmo @tcqha-narwhals or Paypal @tcqha Suggested donation to cover the cost of ice is $5. If you are unable to attend after registering, please contact info@tcqha.org as soon as possible to release your spot.
