Winter League Sub Registration

Throughout the winter season, captains need to pull subs for one reason or another. To be added to our sub list, please register here and mark your availability for games. Captains will do their best to rotate subs and give opportunities to as many different subs as possible. To aid our captains in reaching the right sub audience, please include your best self assessed level, preferred position, and best method of contact. Most captains will prefer email as an initial form of contact especially for weeks they are searching for multiple subs.If you want to sub in a game that is a different league level captains will reach out to the commissioners to see if you are able to.

What does it cost to sub for a game?

Skaters are $18 per game and goalies are $9 per game. You must pay in advance of the game and sign up here.

What gear do I need?

We require all players to wear full equipment to sub. Colors of breezes, gloves, and helmets do not matter.

Please bring a light and dark jersey with you.

Do I need a league jersey to sub?

No. We think our jerseys are cool as do many of our subs, but this is not required. We do ask our subs to have a distinctly dark or distinctly light jersey (i.e. no yellow, light grey, or light blue) and highly recommend a royal or navy blue jersey for dark and a white jersey when the light team.

Can I just show up or do I need to register each time?

Your initial registration for the sub list should include all of your necessary registration. When a captain adds you to a game off the wait list, you will be charged. **

Can I cancel subbing if I find out I cannot anymore?

Yes. Please work with the captain you agreed to sub for.

Can I bring people to watch?

Yes. We like having fans!
